Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette or dressing of your choice
  • 1 Apple sliced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Carrot shredded (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Grilled Chicken sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Spinach: Wash and dry the spinach thoroughly using a salad spinner.
    Make sure the leaves are crisp and free from excess water.
  • Prepare the Vegetables & Fruits: Slice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. If you're adding apple or carrot, slice the apple and shred the carrot.
  • Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, walnuts, and any optional ingredients like apple or grilled chicken.
  • Dress the Salad: Drizzle your choice of balsamic vinaigrette (or preferred dressing) over the salad.
