Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe peaches peeled and diced

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • ¼ cup almonds or other nuts chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Peaches:

  • Wash, peel, and dice the peaches into small cubes or slices.
    For extra sweetness, drizzle a little honey or maple syrup over them and mix. Set aside.

Layer the Parfaits:

  • In your serving glasses or jars, start by adding a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
    Spread it evenly across the base.

Add the Peaches:

  • Top the yogurt with a layer of diced peaches.
    Ensure they are evenly distributed for the best flavor in each bite.

Sweeten the Layers:

  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the peach layer to add sweetness.
    You can adjust the amount based on how sweet your peaches are.

Repeat the Layers:

  • Continue layering yogurt, peaches, and honey until your glass is filled.
    Finish with a layer of yogurt on top.

Add the Crunch:

  • Sprinkle granola, chia seeds, and chopped nuts (if using) on top of the parfaits for crunch and extra texture.

Chill and Serve:

  • If you prefer a cold parfait, place the jars in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
    If not, enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Sweetness Adjustments: You can adjust the level of sweetness by increasing or decreasing the amount of honey or maple syrup. If your peaches are very sweet, you may not need to add much.
