Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Cherry-Almond Mixture

  • Start by chopping or mashing the fresh cherries.
    For a smoother texture, mash the cherries lightly, or chop them into small pieces for a more textured ice cream.
  • Add the toasted sliced almonds to the cherries and mix gently to combine.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Base

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
    Stir until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Cherry-Almond Mixture and Cream Base
