Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix optional, for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or pie crust pieces
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter for toasting the crust

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ice Cream Base

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
    Add the heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
    Stir until combined. For extra creaminess, add the instant vanilla pudding mix.

Freeze the Mixture

  • Pour the ice cream base into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.

Toast the Pie Crust Mix-In

  • Crush the graham crackers or pie crust pieces and toast them in a pan with melted butter for a few minutes. Set aside to cool.

Spin in the Ninja Creami

  • After 24 hours, place the pint container into the Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream function.

Add the Pie Crust Mix-In

  • Once the ice cream is ready, gently fold in the toasted graham cracker mix-in.
    Use the Re-spin function if necessary.

Serve & Enjoy

  • Scoop the banana cream pie ice cream into bowls and enjoy!
    Optionally, top with whipped cream or extra crushed graham crackers for added flavor and texture.
