Ingredients
2ripe bananasmashed
1cupheavy cream
¾cupwhole milk
⅓cupsweetened condensed milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespooninstant vanilla pudding mixoptional, for extra creaminess
½cupcrushed graham crackers or pie crust pieces
1tablespoonmelted butterfor toasting the crust
Instructions
Prepare the Ice Cream Base
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. For extra creaminess, add the instant vanilla pudding mix.
Freeze the Mixture
Pour the ice cream base into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Toast the Pie Crust Mix-In
Crush the graham crackers or pie crust pieces and toast them in a pan with melted butter for a few minutes. Set aside to cool.
Spin in the Ninja Creami
After 24 hours, place the pint container into the Ninja Creami and select the Ice Cream function.
Add the Pie Crust Mix-In
