Equipment

Materials

  • 4 slices of bread white, sourdough, or whole wheat
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or mayonnaise

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Butter one side of each slice of bread (or spread a thin layer of mayonnaise).
  • Shred or slice the cheese to your desired thickness.

Heat the Skillet:

Assemble the Sandwich:
