Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 12.4 oz each – Cinnamon rolls (with icing)
  • 4 large – Eggs
  • 1 cup – Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup – Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon – Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon – Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup – Unsalted butter melted
  • Optional – Cream cheese frosting or powdered sugar for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
    Arrange the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared casserole dish.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the custard mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls, pressing down gently to ensure the rolls are soaked without becoming overly saturated.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  • Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
